I am so glad you have the courage to do some marriage check-in.  The form is not tricky or meant to trick you. 
It is created to help you see where you can improve your attitudes or actions so that the D's of divorce are dismissed from your relationship. 

Just click on any word that describes your relationship in the last 6 months.  It can be something that you felt from your spouse/partner or something that your felt towards your partner.  
For example:  I might have felt disconnected from Chip, while he was affectionate towards me.  I would click on both words. 

 The quiz creates a way for you and your spouse to talk about places of growth...and at about 45 years of marriage, Chip and I still see whys and places to grow!
In about a week you will receive an email from me (Jan) giving you some specific ideas to improve your connections with each other.
