• There are EIGHT 20+ MINUTE VIDEO MODULES. Each video teaches a new communication skill. The skills and videos build upon the other. 
   Watch the videos with your spouse or separately, and take notes via the fillable WORKBOOKS.
  
• Next, apply the skills taught in the videos, using the LEARN, EXPLORE and PRACTICE (LEP) Packets.
  You decide what exercises, questions and conversations you'd like to incorporate into your marriage and family life.  (Samples are in the links)
  
  Choose the  one on one coaching calls  so that your skills can fit even better to your  unique family DNA.
